Anyone know where in the game files where is possible to configure how much money each kingdom starts out with along with how much man they have in their starting armies?

My plan is to start a new campaign with all the kingdoms being poor and with very little man but yet have all them be at war with one another and just to play through the game and see how the ai goes about doing things.

also kudos to almightycricket for recommending the developer console I don't see any reason now to use cheat engine for this game as pretty much most things can be modified to an extent while in game with the console.
