Of the non-daily stuff, the following are worth your munnies:
Necrovision - £3.24 - it's an old school FPS made interesting because it's set in WW1, and you can decapitate both the hun and zombies with an entrenching shovel. Furthermore, the game actively encourages you to achieve over the top combo kills with such things. It's got no moral dilemma's beyond whether it's better to eviscerate the foe with a bayonet or with an axe, there's no big plot or philosophical debate, just good old blood and guts action with ludicrous gibs.
A Farewell to Dragons - it's an interesting steampunk flavoured RPG, not up to the giddy heights of Arcanum but by no means bad. Oh, and it's based on a Russian fantasy novel so not quite the cliched Tolkien rip off you find in most fantasy worlds. I haven't played very far through it admittedly, but what I've seen so far is promising. £6.24
Shadowgrounds pack - Top down survival horror / shooter. A valiant effort and well worth the asking price of £3.24
Fuel - £3.74 is an open world, post apocalyptic racer. Wonderful fun, and I usually hate racing games. There's a massive map, a whole host of race types, time trials and challenges you can opt to do, or you can just stick on some tunes and cruise around the huge and gorgeous world for a few hours and soak in the atmosphere. Vehicles are suitably post apoc porn - bikes, dirt bikes, muscle cars and buggies. Plenty of collectable stuff to encourage exploration too.
Ghostbusters - £5.09 it's an FPS, or at least an FPS with a proton pack and ghost trap. It's a fairly short game, but perfectly captures the theme of the movies. At this price it's hard to argue, at least if you're a ghostbusters fan.
The Witcher - £4.41 - Nuff Said
Sacred Gold - £2.03 - it lacks the Underworld expansion which adds even more area (and two new classes) to this huge open world Diablo style game. Again, hugely entertaining and I hate ****ing Diablo.
Beat Hazard - £3.49 - it's another one of those "visualise your music" games, this time a classic arcade shooter reminiscent of asteroids in which the track you're playing dictates everything from the appearance of bosses to how powerful your guns are.
Lead & Gold - £4.99 A multiplayer third person shooter with a Wild West theme. Some nice maps and interesting game modes help, as does the unusual setting.
Warband - £12.49 - now you have no excuse
Space Rangers 2 : Reboot £3.74 - A top down elite clone/text adventure/RTS/RPG/Shooter/space sim. It's hard to describe, beyond saying it's probably one of the best games of all time. There is a main plot around three races of rogue AI's known as dominators, but in the old school Elite style you're given a ship and left to get on with it. You can trade, take to piracy, run missions for the various races and similar. Some of these missions involve a "choose your own adventure" style quest, usually based on logic puzzles. There's also arcade shooty bits and a rather mediocre RTS style too (although wonderfully all quests are optional, giving you the ability to tailor the game to your own desires). Wicked sense of humour and since it's got Reboot included a veritable cornocopia of different ship hulls and equipment to choose from. Oh, did I mention it was turn based and had RPG elements too?
Kings Bounty : The Legend - £2.49 - I think I shout about these every time it's on sale anywhere. Buy it
Armoured Princess - £6.49
Men of War Gold - £7.49 - There's a thread kicking about here somewhere ...
XIII Century Gold Edition - A medieval themed wargame which plays a lot like the battles of Medieval Total War, except these are historical or something. Didn't find anything to grab me personally, but those of you who enjoyed Medieval might get some entertainment out of this - £5.24
Tropico 3 (expansion is also on sale) - £6.79. Another game I keep shouting about. Buy it you ****ers.
Ghost Master - £0.59 - it's a fun little puzzle / sim game. Worth it for the price - think of the Sims, except this time you play the ghosts and you're usually charged with scaring the bejeezus out of mortals. Alternatively for those of a certain age, it's Beetlejuice - the game they should have made instead of that crappy platformer.
UFO Afterlight - £1.49 Been playing this all day

By far the best of the series. For some reason, the most apt description I can think of is to imagine the X-Com series, and chuck in a dash of Stargate SG 1. It's got the base management. It also tasks you with resource management, territory claiming and human resource management. It's also got diplomacy with multiple factions. And terraforming, weapon tweaking ... In terms of sequels to the UFO, this series stands out for being an actual sequel (i.e. moving the game forwards) rather than being a remake, and it's bloody good too. And at this price you can't really say no.
Blood Bowl : Dark Elves Edition - £8.49 - It's Blood Bowl, as laid out in Nuffle's most holy LRB 4.0. Why wait for me to tell you when you can just
RTFM for free to find out what it's about. Of course, being the computer version there's also an additional (optional) Blitz ruleset to take advantage of the kind of thing you just can't do with a board. But the original rules are there too for purists.
Flotilla : £3.49 - Excellent Indie space explore em up with strategic battles thrown in for good measure.
Gratuitous Space Battles £8.99 - Design ships and send them into battles. Gratuitously.
Sword of the Stars : Complete £12.49 - There's a big thread around here somewhere.
Evil Genius is £3.49. Think of it as Dungeon Keeper meets James Bond.
I'll pick up any decent daily deals should I notice them. There is of course a lot of other stuff I haven't mentioned, like Borderlands for £15 with the DLC also being on sale at 33% off (if you only want single player then stick to General Knox and Dr Ned. Moxxies is playable solo, but unless you really love the combat it's only worthwhile in multi. Of course if you want to give it a shot in multiplayer drop me a line), or King Arthur for £20 but that's because I'm largely sticking to what I consider the creme de la creme of the sales. Also for the price of one of those you could get a good four or five off this list.
