Today I made three lords join Vlandia and they were even awarded towns and castles right after that but in two minutes they flipped back to enemy or other random faction. I went back at them and they talked liked I succeeded the charm phase and barter screen opened. One denar did the trick again only to see them flipped again in a couple of minutes. This kept repeating, charm phase skipped as successful and very little money they got from barter until I got bored and took their fief via siege.
