Not sure if anyone reported it already and i think this only started happening after a new patch, but you can offer a noble to trade and then offer to gift him nothing, witch he will always accept, the barter will be successful and you will get ridiculous amounts of charm xp, first time i did this i got 11 charm levels while having 0 focus points.
