Resolved Character sheet and other menu graphical errors

Every time I go to character sheet (or inventory screen), on any campaign, any save file.

Missing graphics and wrong icons.

I have already reinstalled game, same result. Never used any mods. There are actually similar minor graphics glitches elsewhere as well, like in the inventory screen.
