Why was this not included? It seems like a really big no brainer especially with the Early Access and the fact that the constant updates will often render saves inert and force people to start over even if theyve put in tons of hours into a save it seems like an easy way to circumvent this, allowing people to export characters with their stats, reknown etc seems like the best way to make starting over easier.

This is very true. Assuming they don't make any basic changes to the way the character's work in EA... which they might.

Thanks to this you can save your character, skills points, perks, level, gold etc in txt file, something like in warband.

It's should be included, unfortunately, they didn't even they should allow to save/load character look as well in start of game.
