Need More Info Character Eyes/Teeth Use Face Textures, Other Textures Also Odd

Summary: All characters have faces for eyes and mouths. Other textures like character creation kingdom banners are missing.
Tried verifying files on steam and reinstalling entirely, did not impact..
How to Reproduce: Launch game, start singleplayer.
Have you used cheats and if so which: N/A

I have the same problem - verifying steam files or clean reinstall does not fix this

Summary: I have a problem with red demon eyes of all characters on the campaign map, it started from version 1.72. Can you please fix it
How to Reproduce: Play single player Campaign map.
Have you used cheats and if so which: Using mods: harmony, butterlib, UIextenderEx, MCMv5, diplomacy, bandit militia, improved garrison, better time, better smithing, rts command and camera, realistic battle mod, Autoresolve rebalanced, scatter around, map find, lord retinue uptier, more income and more production, perfect fire arrows.
