I heard that there is a sword that allows you to kill the masked one, where is the quest for it? Town, requierments for it, if any?

I would go to the many inns.
thats where you get hooked on it in the beginning of the game where it all started but as of now not usre.

Well, if it aint listed in features, then its not there *yet.* Again, the quest was left out due to lack of ideas on the Quest-Plot.
