Changing tournament weapons?

How about the following:

Step 1) Find a mod that has the tournament gear changed.
Step 2) Get hold of the module system for that mod (many mods have it included in the download, if the one you found doesn't, find another)
Step 3) Find the file that defines the tournament gear
Step 4) Use the found information to adapt the tournament gear in your mod according to your likings

You'll learn a lot more from doing things yourself and finding solutions yourself than you do from asking everything.
