I was looking for information on how to change speed of how fast lords gather their troops and havent found any(or went blind and missed it). So can someone explain how to do this? Please?

You mean hiring men into party after defeat or increase existing party size?
Lords get new troop every 24 hours up to their ideal party size. Same goes for AI towns and castles garrison. If you want them to reach the ideal size faster, either increase the number of troops in party templates or reduce the timer to less than 24 hours.
Increase the number of troops in templates in module_party_tamplates. If you do not use the module system, it can be done in Morgh editor.
The timer is in module_simple_triggers (look for the string "#Hiring men with hero wealths (once a day)". For text file hack, it is in simple_triggers.txt. Back up your file. OPen it in a text editor, no text wrap. Look for the 6th line that starts with "24.000000" (that is 24 hours). Change that number to something smaller
