Changing abilities

Hi everybody, i've been playing the game for about 2 weeks now. But its getting kinda boring (i don't fight because i allways die) so my question is : could someone explain me how to change abilities and stats? for exaple have 10 in all abilities and have like 1000hp.

When on the campaign map, click on the C button, then you will enter the char. screen. All the way down in the left corner you will find a button saying Statistics

Click on that button

Now you will have a screen where you can choose to export you character. Do this.

Hit: alt+tab

Go to your mount & blade folder, there you will find a subfolder named CharExport

G:\Spill\Mount&Blade\CharExport

Something like that

In here you will find a txt. document with the name of your character.. Open it and edit around whatever you like..

When your done go back into your game and choose import character. Thats the button bellow export character

i just started a new character it's day one and i export it then i go to game folder and the only folders i see are :Mount&blade savegames, when i open it there's folder Native who contains  last_savegame_backup.sav  and sg00.sav. besides i can't find G:\Spill\Mount&Blade\CharExport.

You are then looking in your savegames folder, most probably located under My documents

That is the wrong place to look

G:\Spill\Mount&Blade\CharExport

That is where I have installed my game.

If you didn't choose a custom location your game will most likely be found somewhere in this folder

C:\programfiles\Mount&Blade\CharExport

Worse comes to worst you can just right click on your shortcut icon, enter properties and then click on "locate target" (or something like that, I don't have my OS in english) Then you will be sent directly to your prefered destination
