reduce cavalry hp and their weapons will not seem so overpowered

If you have a problem with 2h on horseback in skirmish? Get throwing weapons, spears or a bow?
If you have a problem with 2h on horseback in siege? Complain about horses in siege in the first place. Why are they even there?
If you have a problem with 2h on horseback in TDM? You can do just about as much destruction with a spear on horseback as a 2h so remove horses.
If you have a problem with 2h on horseback in captain? Don't bring archers ever against Khuzait; and if you think Empire is bringing a unit of cavalry menavilions, also don't go archers.
