Resolved CATCH SVENE ALIVE MISSION CRASH PROBLEM

I talked with Raganvad and he gave me a mission like "Cath Svene alive and bring me " I catched her(?) she(?) is my prisoner now. Raganvad's guardian said me to give him svene as you can see in photos(sorry for turkish language btw). Thats okay but the problem is when i click "Okay i will give Svene to you" game just crashing all time. I went to Raganvad and tried to give him but it doesn't work. Please someone help me.

I made the quality very low and i waited to accept the prisoner for 10 seconds and it didnt crashed
