Castles value

Can you please tell me which is this perk? I just can find one perk in steward which gives -20%, not -50%. Thanks.

I screwed up and had them mixed and matched but there are a bunch of combinations to get at or near 50% wage reduction for castles.
Steward 50 Drill Sergeant (5%)
Steward 75 Stiff Upper Lip (20% for castles)
Riding 225 Cavalry Tactics (mounted 50%)
Bow 150 Hunter Clan (15%)
Crossbow 100 Peasant Leader (ranged 20%)
One Handed 150 Military Tradition (5%)
Two Handed 125 Berserker (10%)
Polearms 175 Standard Bearer (20%)

For me free xp points for tier 1 & 2 troops plus reduced wages will make them nice as training field for your clan so owning one will be interesting, this bonus can be increased by perks being even more attractive.

Other suggestions like noble troops, some governors options or provide small patrols vs bandits will be welcome.

Selfdom - 1prosperity, road tolls - 0.2 prosperity and you will have zero income in the late game regarding castles. Playing a vassal of aserai atm and have no chance to change the policies. Almost every castle has a prosperity of 0.

A 'castellan' providing troops including noble - of the owners culture, not original culture (if different) - would be great and feel appropriate.

And yes, they should remove noble troops from villages and bandit lines and make it so that it's only available from castles. As it stands now, it's way easier and cheaper to get khan's guards by converting raiders than the traditional method of hiring them as recruits from villages.
yes, and give us more bandit type-troops so that all bandits can upgrade into something cool
