Castle Ruins

I had recently been given two castles in my campaign and fully upgraded both, and they are quite prosperous but I have noticed when walking through them that they are very dirty with half collapsed buildings and walls everywhere - and random bits of rubbish blocking paths and roads. Will there ever be a feature that the longer you own a city, and better it does there would be a notable difference? The city/castle would be repaired and not look it's just been ransacked and burned down.

What culture are these castles? You probably got the one in the battanian culture, these just look like ruins

If it is a battanian castle thats normal.

Yea it is Battanian, but that's my point. I'm not Battanian - why can't we bring this castle up to standard and not leave it like a half collapsed and remade castle?
