So i captured my first lord! So what do i do with him?

To me it appears from nothing sayin that the faction want to sansom their lord.

I accepted it.(It was King Graveth for me)

Yes, you just play as normal, and a pop up appears saying "Kingdom of XX want to ransom Lord XX for XX money" or something.

It varies a lot, the most I've got for a lord was just under 5 000, and the most I've got for a king was just over 10 000.

Eventually you''ll get a message asking if you want to accept a ransom for the prisoner lord. It's best to take the money as you won't get asked again.

Yes, ransom offers come more than once.
To my knowledge the amount is based on the wealth of the kingdom, perhaps that got lowered by your actions?

The situation is easy:

• You hold him prisoner for ransom - take the first offer
• You hold him prisoner to get him out of the way - refuse all offers
