Captured Lords and Prisoners in general

Gonna come right out and say it; I want to be able to execute them - ESPECIALLY Lords.

I personally prefer to keep them prisoner when I capture them, so they can't come back a week later with an army 100-200 men strong.

Losing Honour when you refuse to sell them is annoying as well, as I can't see how simply being smart(^) can be Dishonourable. <- this is a minor issue.

So the way I figure, if I can simply execute these pesky Lords who keep raising armies against me, my job of taking over/defending myself from a hostile kingdom would be made so much easier.

What's everyone's take on this? And if there is already a Mod out there which provides this option, link?

ekhem... What will happen, If you kill all enemy lords?

The nation crumbles, and their towns/castles become individual places who's only defense is the garrison stationed there, easily up for grabs.

hmm... I think that such a behaviour should be punished, like honour permanently dropped to -x.
But imprisoning lords for longer period of time is ok

I know it might not be "honourable" (though nations irl have been doing it for centuries, take a look at pre-millennium Japan in their wars, they believed it was the most honourable thing to do even iirc), but quite frankly I'm sick of wiping out their entire army, only for it to be rebuilt with a few thousand men in nothing but a few days when all they've got left is a couple castles.
Either increasing the rate at which the Lords are captured and reducing their chances of escaping, or simply killing them seems to me, to be the easiest course of action. Then again they could always just increase the amount of time it takes for the AI to rebuild their army.

And it wouldn't bother me all too much if I received some "penalty" ingame for doing it, maybe it'll piss off every other nation who's still kicking, maybe it'll make no one trust me, w/e. As long as their armies are reduced to the actual size they would be when they've been pushed back so far as they usually are.

New lords could spawn from some database, representing the "son" of whoever was killed.  They don't even necessarily need to be IN the game to start with.

They'd have to be at a really slow rate though(as in not instantly popping up after their 'fathers' death, it taking a few months at least imo), and this should only occur if the Lord actually had a wife (I've noticed that a lot don't), effectively reducing their nation's army's size still.

So I agree with this idea

There should be a 30 day grieving process where they grieve for there son. Then they take over the reins. But there would have to be a look out on relations as some men already have sons so you would have to make them brothers.
