Summary: Captain Mode Improved Armor Bug/Inconsistencies
How to Reproduce: Select "Improved Armor" on any multiplayer troop.

Improved Armor always works for your captain. (and for Skirmish)

Improved Armor only sometimes takes effect on your troops. (50/50 chance).
Prior to December 2020 patches, half of your troops would get one set of armor/clothing, and the other half get another. This looked neat.
Now, randomly either all of your troops get it, or none of them get it.
Happens to all troops that can take improved armor, but very noticeable on Rabbles and Brigands.

They are putting different armor pieces and its intended. The armor values should apply and the change should be cosmetic only.
