Captain and Skirmish turned off?

I just noticed that Siege servers are running now but now the Captain and Skirmish servers are not running anymore, are they turned off or is that a bug?

They are trying to get people into Siege mode for testing purposes. Captain and Skirmish will return when the test is over.
