Can't train crusaders/paladins

hello. My game doesn't allow me the option of training up crusaders/paladins. it goes from knight commander right to knight lord without giving me the paladin/crusader tier to choose.

whats wrong with my game? or is it me am i doing something wrong?

Sounds like you haven't patched it. You should be running v544, but it sounds like your running v430, which is the base pack.
