Can't start a new game.

I started playing this excellent mod a few months back and then stopped as Real Life took quite a hit out of my gaming time. I've now got time on my hands and wanted to start over again but unfortunately the Start a New Game option is grayed out in menu.

Does anyone know why this might be and if so, how to fix it?

Delete one of your 9 (?) save games.
