Can't save controller settings

Hi everyone,

After searching in google and the forums, and getting no answer to my question; I decided to open up a new topic.

My problem is that I can't save the changes made in controller settings. I change buttons to what I desire, but I can't click "Done". When I restart the game, controller settings switch back to default.

Can anyone suggest anything as to what I can do to solve this problem. I would appreciate any help.

Nope. No mods installed. Just playing online games. Trying to change weapon cycle buttons from numpads to numeric keys but can't do it.
