Need More Info Can't Rotate World Map Anymore

I have not been able to rotate the world map in single player for several months now. It used to rotate with the middle mouse button but now nothing happens. It is also not listed in my key binding options. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please fix this; it is very irritating (particularly in sieges because you can't always readily click the siege engine positions). Thank you.

Can you send me the contents of the BannerlordGameKeys.xml file? Located in:
C:\Users\arda.gunduz\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs
Also, have you tried Right Mouse Button to rotate the map?
