Recruit
hmmm, thats weird, i got 5 persuasion, 1107 Honor, 3269 Renown, 60 right to rules, my own kingdom... and can't recrute any lord, they are all saying that long live to their king. Even the lord that i got 100 relation with them. I saw 3 lord that i got the option to persuade them to tell me more but they just say that im wasting their patience.

Whats wrong? what i must do to improve my kingdom?

I find the best way to recruit lords is beating them in battle then taking then prisoner, and after ask if they are willing to join that way.

If possible try increase your persuasion even more, maybe that will help too

ok lol, me i was letting them go to improve my relation, im gonna try your idea.

Yea I mean you can do for awhile, to improve their relations, but at a certain point even one fight with them won't destroy your relations with that Lord, so you should be fine. Especially if you have some Lords close to 100.

It only takes a relationship of what, 13 or 14,  for them to offer their oath of fealty.

As for the other method of getting them to join you.... They usually have to be dissatisfied, and have quarrels with other lords in order for them to even consider joining you.

My standard faction elimination procedure is to get the lords of the towns relation up to about 20 or so (to account for the times that i don't capture them, and sometimes there seems to be a bigger hit for keeping them prisoner than other times), preferably when not at war with them, or, even easier, while a mercenary for an opposing realm. Anyways, then just capture the lords that own the towns an get oaths from them, voila, towns are yours! Also worth it to do this to lords who own more than one castle. Once the towns are gone, factions get really easy to take out. Especially if they're at war with another faction.

I just hate the lords that get mad at you for releasing them

Wait a moment, I recruited a lord who already owned a few fiefs from my prisoners.  He kept his fiefs.  Is there any way I can take it from him?

I see......

Well I've taken it upon myself to write down on a note next to my keyboard reminding myself which fiefs to seize first before I go about recruiting the lord who owns those fiefs.  Heheheheheh.

.... Uhhh, just putting this out there, but it's usually easier to take out a lord and have him swear an oath to you than to take his fief! And that way you don't have to worry about getting negative relations with some of your lords because you give a fief to another lord that they don't like. (Ungrateful swine, I should indict him for treason! After all I've done for him! The lands he holds in MY name!)

And it's more indignity piled upon the other faction's Monarch
