Can't properly save scenes and reload them.

In the past few days I have tried to create some scenes.
Everytime I saved them the notification "There is no navigation mesh to save" popped up.
When I try to reopen the scene the Modding Tools crash. Is there a way to prevent this?

You should be able to save scenes without navmeshes. I'd try verifying your local files on steam and if that doesn't fix it, post a bug report here: https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?forums/bug-crash-reports.784/
