Open Can't open openbrf file.

It's a strange situation.
In in-game, the texture files look normal, but at some point I can't open the brf. file, which is embarrassing.
How can I fix this error??

Make sure to have either the latest or the second latest version of OpenBRF. This is also no game bug report, it's a modding issue
