Can't move villages in Thorgrim's Map Editor?

I have the normal overland map from Warband, I can move castles and towns just fine, but if I click on the villages they do not appear to be "marked" (the village texture not turning red)

Is this a noob mistake or am I missing something?

Not entirely true, if we have to be honest. I did my massive map with a text editor by seeing coordinates from Thorgrim's editor, and it was quite an easy and fun process, actually. There are also the Bioxx Map Editor and the Bloodpass Map Editor, which are in beta, but are functional, I guess.

Some villages are hard to select in Thorgrim's because of their icons (either because of new Warband icons or lousy click detection). If you change their icons to castles (find and replace in map_icons.txt), they can be selected and moved around without problems.
