Can't manage garrison in town :( bugged?

Just got gifted a town by my liege, and there's a garrison in there... but I can't manage it.

There's an option to edit town, but not the garrison itself.

Anyone else run into this problem? It works fine on my castle...

Last time I played, I was able to manage my city garrison. However, garrison size is linked to food availability of a settlement. If you have zero food, I don't think you can store/manage a garrison. This could be the reason (?)

Might have to try it again now that I've corrected the food problem (which was a result of the town being "too prosperous?" haha)

You have to go to the keep

The above reply is right. In a city, the link to manage your garrison is under the "go to your keep" link, not in the main menu, like in a regular castle.
