Need More Info Can't login to multiplayer // if it works, random logouts

Summary: I can't get past the login mask. If I get past the login mask, I will get disconnected. Problem starts around afternoon as far as I have noticed it
How to Reproduce: Not sure what causes it, but logging in afternoon/evening/night is more or less impossible.

I can log in via VPN though with high ping and an unstable connection though...

When I actually am able to play, it takes often up to 15 minutes, then I get logged out by the servers.

Hello,
Could you please test your connection to one of our servers to help us find the problem. To do that you can follow these steps:
Download this program https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
Once it is downloaded, run WinMTR.exe either in WinMTR_x32 or WinMTR_x64
As Host, enter this IP address: 159.203.99.169
Start the program and let it run for 5-10 minutes
Stop the program and using "Copy Text to clipboard" button copy and send the result to me via PM.
