Resolved can't log in to multiplayer

Summary: I can't log into multiplayer, gives error message "can't destroy your old sesson"

Still cant login I tried ending the process in task manager, restarting computer and I even uninstalled the game from steam and re installed it.Nothing i tried works and not sure where to go from here.
