In Progress Can't launch warband, please help (Steam version/ Windows 10)

Hi !(sry in advance for my english)
I wanted to play some vikings conquest so i downloaded the game, try to launch it but after the box where you press "play" (the one with the keys), the game is "frozen".
In the steam hub it says "stop", in the task manager warband is running but the windows where i can choose native or viking conquest didn't came up.
I didnt download any mods from the workshop. I deleted it and installed it again, tried to run it as admin but both didnt work.

I assume you already switched off your laptop and restarted it again? Another try would be to download the game from TW homepage and install it without steam, using the steam key though.

yep i did it, how can i do it, i saw several links on others post but they where dead ?

At which point is it freezing now? Since the window with the keys can't appear here.

when i launch the game, the windows where i can choose native or others don't launch, but the process is on in the task manager.

Try to find the rgl log file and look if there is any useful note inside there. It should be within the games folder at the path at which you have it installed.

ok, i already tried to delete it, but it didnt work either.
it says :Starting new log file.

That's it? There is nothing more written in it? You don't need to delete it, it's going to rewrite itself each time you start the game.

It's not good for sure. Have you ever had the game installed at your laptop/PC? Or did you make any hardware change since then?

i played it on my old computer, but i cant remember if i played on the new one, i dont think i did it.

Do you have many steam games installed at the moment?

i got 2 (payday 2/ risk of rain 2), they are working as usual
(please don't tell me i need to delete them )

Deinstall both Warbands and make sure that all folders are deleted. Then restart your laptop. Install only Warband (the standalone version) and restart your laptop again. Then check if you can access the module menu.

it didn't work either, i really don't understand why, it's the same issue
