Can't launch game - it start for a sec then nothing happen

Okay so somehow, I can't launch the game since the last 1.5.9 updates, I click open game, it start for a second then nothing happen
I try to open the TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.exe, but it's same result
I can directly open the TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.Singleplayer.exe directly and play the game, but without the mod

why i can't launch the mod launcher?
I have reinstalled windows, update patches, why I still can't start the game?
it can't be just me, right? is it a windows issue? or it's update patch issue?

Guys please help me out here.

my lords, I finally find out why!!!!!
OMG unplug the docking station connection, and plug in HDMI directly into computer, then it magically works!!!!!1
