Can't launch game from main menu

0) Did you buy Viking Conquest AND Warband ? It is a DLC, which means you need to buy and setup both Warband and Viking Conquest keys (two). Buying just one won't work.
1) Can you start a Native game?
2) Did you try to load a savegame from another player and see if you can play it?
3) Where and when did you download WB ? There is a bad 1.168 download file from a couple weeks ago
4) Which VC version are you using?
5) Can't you use Steam? You can add VC there and use it for updates (including the beta)
6) Make sure you have the min requirements (CPU, GPU, etc) and your Win10 installation is properly updated on drivers. Many players have issues with Warband, in special when they have old hardware that is missing updates. I have Win10 in two without any issues.
7) Post your rgl_log.txt and rgl_config.txt
