Cant join any servers, no CD-key given through Steam?

I just have reinstalled Steam and got the CD - Key!! (Save the steamapps folder)

This SAME THING Happened with Wargame: European Escalations DLC. I wonder why? You MAY not have to completely reinstall Steam. Just change your Steamapp folder to Steamapp-backup and restart Steam.

A full reinstall of steam worked for me, seems to be a good fix.
