Can't Install

I got the download link and password, but I can't install it. It says:

"This application has failed to start because SkinMagic.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Yes, it's the single player.

Please tell in steps what you have exactly done before try starting the game.

you need to press the mb_warband_single twice to open SP and it needs to be in the WB folder, try dat.

It's alright, I found out what it was.

In my excitement I seem to have missed the rest of the message that contained all the other stuff. 

In fact I'm playing it now.
