Cant get quests other than joining a faction and raising troops

Hi,
I recently started playing this mod. I am not sure if it is some bug or not. Whenever I request a quest from a lord I cant get any quest other than joining the faction and train some troops. Training troops take too much time so I am not interested in them. Besides these 2 I rarely get message delivery quest. I never get any other quest. I have talked to literally every lord in game. Anyone else encountered this issue?

i think this is related to the original game it self.

i get most of the quest from the mayors or in taverns.

UPDATE:
I accepted one quest of raising troops.Now, I only get quests of joining the factions as mercenery. I rarely gets other quests(1 in 40 lords give other quests).
