Can't find the banner color reversing button.

In the March 12th Update there was mention of a new button to swap the current sigil colours with the background colours. I can't find that button. Where is it?

*Added a colour switcher button to the Banner Editor. This button will swap the current sigil colours with the background colours.

I don't see that anywhere in the editor. Do you have to have started your own kingdom and finished the tutorial quests? Is it in the main game or only beta?

That yellow circle thing, I'm on the beta, if it wasn't in the stable patch notes then it's only in the beta .

It must be Beta only then. Guess I will have to wait to swap my colours. Thanks for your help.
