Can't find game since ranking implemented in e1.7.2

Has the new ranking system broken multiplayer? Can't get a match in NA East for Captain, have queued over 1 hour. Started over the weekend with the big update. Help!

Is it just that players have yet to download the update...? Seems like the new ranking system might be causing problems
