Cant find Bandits ?

ı have low renown so ı cant have many troops and ım in my 100 day already and only found 2 bandit groups of 30. I tried searched function went to the baltic region( area between sweden and finland) explored all those areas for days than ı read about aland expored for 10 days around the area nothing be found beside loads of villagers. Where are the bandits ı need them ? and quick question from mods option ı put on unit indication but when ı shut the game and reopen it the cav and inf next to the soldiers name disappear. When ı look into mod option its enabled but if ı disable it and renable it works but if ı restart the game it dissapers and ı have to re do it from mod options.

ım a mercenery for golden hord never ever found one their the only 2 ı have found where oto etunic order(dont know the actuall name) but ıll give balkan a try and asia minor
