Can't find a mod

I looked all through the directory, and searched the forum... but can't find it.

It's a texture pack that makes the insides of cities a LOT better, and changes what a lot of the cities are like. It makes the walls/homes better, and I think it made the towns greater in size also.

Any ideas?
