I have xp and I can't get SoDI download a small application and it says it;s not a valid Win 32 application.

Obviously your download hasn't finished correctly.
You should download the file again. If this error seems to persist, I would guess that your download manager/browser doesn't like SoD and you may should use another download manager/none at all and/or another browser.
Only other thing I could imagine would be an virus infected system, not all to probably, of course.

It downloaded fine for me... What's the size of the file? It should be 187mb. If it's less, then you need to redownload it because for whatever reason the download was interrupted.
Try changing browsers like zane suggested. (i.e. if you're using IE instead try firefox or chrome.)
Edit: Hey, uploaded the file to megaupload just incase the problem lies with mbrepository.
