Can't Duel King

So, I talked to the lady and got Duel (King) quest, in this case it was Sanjar, Great Khan. I walk up to him and talk to him and.. there's no option to duel him. Someone help please?

Edit: Woop, nevermind, he had to be in a castle or town for me to duel him. Sorry!
