Resolved Can't create own Kingdom - all 4 ticks ok, Arzagos just don't want to speak about it?

Summary:
Have you used cheats and if so which: NO

Just played normal campaign - 20 hours or so. Looking forward to start my own kingdom, finally I besiged a small castle, and have 100 troops + all the other quests ticked ok.

Now I cant create the kingdom?

You need to assign a governor to one of your fiefs and then go talk to him to create the kingdom for your player.

Unfortunately the description text in the quest still specifically says that you "can do this through the Clan screen", which is obviously incorrect.
