Cant Complete quests when location is under seige.

Fairly small issue. If you pick up a quest and goto the location to hand it in and its underseige, you cant complete it. Most of the times this has happened the timer has run out and you fail the quest.

Solution - If a location is underseige - pause the quest time countdown.

Heh yep ran into this yesterday. Thankfully it's only happened once so it's a minor nuisance at worst.
