Yes, I would reinstall the standalone from the zip file; no need to redownload.
See if that will launch.
Then paste over the new patch.
I will release another patch with all the elements for a launch today.
Feel free to rename your mod folder. Others can't find it because the name is so strange.
You can have over 20 launchable modules in your launch window.
