Can't buy productive enterprise glitch!

I wanted to open a velvet shop in Veluca.  The guildmaster says I won't find anyone brave enough to sell me land given the relationship with Lord Reland.  He's my vassal and his relationship with me is in the 70's!

The other towns work.  I have had the same message in other towns, but those lords were at -1 or lower relations with me.

Don't your relations with the town itself enter into it, too?

I don't know, but I have 0+ relations with the town anyway.  Also, the message specifically says "Considering your relations with Lord Regland..."

I acutally went into the notes and looked up Veluca and looked up the Lord through that method and it shows him and it says he is loyal to me.

you can allways conquer the town in question! if the problem is due to a relation with a lord

then if you are a vassal hope that the vassal installed by the king has good relations with you

if it allready under your players faction control then you may need to indict the lord for treason


if the problem is relations with the town you need to take part in tornments and win or buy every man  a drink in the tavern(costs 1000 deners) or take jobs from the guild master
