Can't be a vassal of Swadia (bug)?

So I finally decide that I'll be pledge my allegiance to Swadia (I've been a mercenary for who knows how long now) and I pledge my allegiance to King Harlaus, and then it puts ALL relations with kingdoms to -40... even Swadia.

Then it brings my relation with Swadia from -40 to 12 (what).

Then this pops up:

At first it said I had a court in nothing, then I reloaded without saving and it had a court in Lady Oleksia.

Lolwut?

Seems a strange bug, perhaps the save game has been messed up when you changed to 1.105? Or is it a fresh game you've started on the latest version?

As it would turn out, I tried doing the "Appoint a prominent citizen from the area" option and nothing changed.

I mean, my relations with Swadia went from 33 to 12 () but other than that... I'm a lord of Swadia.

So lol I don't know wtf happened.

There are a lot of dialog bugs like that. I was asking Sultan Hakim what was up with that quarrel he had with a lord, and he just blurted out "Kingdom of Swadia" and I was like "I agree you're right."

Let me guess, you had already been granted a fief before becoming a vassal? If you are awarded a fief while still a merc and then become a vassal, it bugs every time.

There are a lot of dialog bugs like that. I was asking Sultan Hakim what was up with that quarrel he had with a lord, and he just blurted out "Kingdom of Swadia" and I was like "I agree you're right."

I've had some dialog screw ups far more then once.

same here... got fief from Swadia as their merc, try to join them as a vassal, swore oath to king, my relation with them dropped to -40 and immediately changed to 12... after that the kingdom creation window popped up, an empty "Player faction" page was created, but I remained a vassal of Swadia. 

I didn't save that game to avoid ruining it, and now I wait for a patch before I get a vassal.
