Summary: My character has become a great grandparent, though the achievement has not unlocked. I've tried waiting several years after the birth to see if it would later come, but has not. As per xbox achievement tab, nobody has unlocked it yet.
How to Reproduce: In campaign mode, have a child have a child, who then needs to have a child. In my case, I played female character who had a male son, male grandson, and male great grandson so all are members of the clan.
