Resolved Cannot Summon Army

There is no UI on the Army tab for me to be able to press "Done" and actually summon Lords. There's just a little brown box that works as the Reset Button and I cannot summon an army.

On which resolution you run the game on?

I've got the same problem. Playing on a 1600x1080 resolution.
I saw that something similar is listed under "known issues", but they are about the "Order Screen Menu".
Is this the same thing?
