Need More Info Cannot login to multiplayer "cannot receive login results from server"

Hi, I have seen this mentioned and its said that if it isnt resolved in 15 minutes to write a post so here i am, Ive had this issue for a few months but since i mainly play SP i havent bothered making a post. Basically, whenever i try to log in i get the error message "cannot receive login results from server", i hope someone can help.
